Organisations and users remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data and content they enter into a platform, including obtaining any consents required to store personal information about learners, staff or clients. We may remove or quarantine content that we reasonably believe breaches this policy or the law.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts or organisations that breach this policy, remove offending content, and where appropriate notify the affected client administrator, law enforcement or a regulator. Where a breach is capable of remedy, we will normally work with the client to correct it before taking further action, except where immediate suspension is needed to protect security, data or other users.
